As jewellery is one of a kind and limited editions we do not offer exchange or refund for change of mind. For made to order rings please supply the correct size to be made.
Any repairs of jewellery or restringing of beads required please reach us via the customer service form or email address below. Customer satisfaction and happiness is at the heart of our business.

- 30ml fragrances
- 100ml fragrances
- Candles
- Jewellery
FAULTY ITEMS:
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact our customer care team at myarchetypedesign@gmail.com with:
- Full Name
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or video of the fault.
Once our Customer Care team has reviewed the fault, they’ll be in touch with the best next step. We have the right to choose at our discretion to provide a refund, repair or provide a replacement product.
