If you already have a ring that matches the intended finger measure the internal diameter of the ring in millimetres (from inside of ring). Use this international conversion size chart to find your size.

US Size 6 (L 1/2) is 16.51 mm
US Size 6.5 (M 1/2) is 16.92 mm
US Size 7 (N 1/2) is 17.32 mm
US Size 7.5 (O 1/2) is 17.73 mm
US Size 8 (P 1/2) is 18.14 mm
US Size 8.5 (Q 1/2) is 18.54
